We highly recommend that you check with your local authorities before ordering any of our products. 2. What are the wind and snow load ratings for your products? A) This will vary. Please contact us for any special requirements you may have. With most of our products we are able to meet any wind or snow loads required. 3. What is your return policy? A) Due to the fact that each product is built for you upon ordering, we are unable to accept any returns. Please be sure before ordering that we have answered any installation questions you may have, and verify your measurements. Individual warranties come from the manufacturers of the products. Of course we are always available by phone for assistance during the installation of your project. 4. I have a back porch that floods during rain storms? Can I build a sunroom or screenroom on it? A) Absolutely not!!! The rooms will not stop the water, and you will always have problems. We suggest fixing the problem first, by raising your concrete, or pouring a new concrete pad, or addressing your drainage problems. 5. What kind of requirements are there for my foundation? A) Again, this will vary from climate to climate. Always check with your local authorities before ordering. All foundations must be square and level. 6. How many people will I need to install? A) As we have a variety of products this will vary. Usually two people are all that is required. On some of the more complicated or larger sized projects, you may need a third person. 7. How long will it take me to install? A) This depends on your level of expertise. Also, it will depend on which size project you are building.
