These kits are lightweight, easy to assemble and add value and beauty to any outdoor area. Our arbors are made entirely of fiberglass, which means they are extremely durable and will provide a lifetime of maintenance free enjoyment. We sell kits and custom sized arbors and pergolas for residential and commercial applications. The components in these kits are produced by pultrusion process. Pultrusion is a continuous molding process using fiberglass reinforcement in a thermo-setting resin matrices. The fiberglass is pulled through a resin bath in which the fiberglass is thoroughly soaked by the thermo-setting resin. This product is formed to the desired shape and drawn into a heated steel die where the resin is cured. This pultruded product has many advantages. Superior strength to weight ratio, that makes it easier to handle by reducing product weight and simplify installation. It has a low rate of expansion and contraction. Resistance to warping, bending, denting and splitting. The appearance is aesthetically pleasing and it has a paintable surface which gives you the ability to color match and coordinate with existing materials.

Painting of the arbor will be 10% of the cost of the arbor for white and 15% for a custom color. Crating will be 5% of the arbor cost.
